Arson Suspect Arrested

Billings Police arrested a man in connection with an early Wednesday morning fire.  KTVQ.com reports that 43-year-old Edward Michael Halvorson was arrested yesterday afternoon after Billings Fire Department investigators determined the cause of a house fire on Terry Avenue to be arson.  Halvorson was questioned and the investigation revealed the fire was intentionally set.  Police say the gas line to the water heater had been cut and an accelerant was used to ignite the gas.
