Another Pre-Release Walk-Away

Q2 reports Authorities are looking for yet another man who walked away from the Alpha House Pre-Release Center on Wednesday. 25-year-old Chalan Medicine Top of Billings is 6 foot 1, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Medicine Top is now facing a possible 10-year sentence for felony escape and should not be approached. Call 911 with any information regarding his whereabouts.
