30 year-old Aaron Grafft is in the Missoula County Jail on a $20,000 warrant, after being accused of sexually assaulting a nine year-old girl last August.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Mark Handelman asked Judge Landee Holloway to continue Grafft's warrant at $20,000 in addition to bail from other charges.

"The defendant in this case is charged with sexual intercourse without consent committed on a nine year-old victim," Handelman said. "The defendant is currently homeless, and is already on pretrial supervision and has already posted  $25,000 bond on another felony case, a very large forgery and theft scheme. Therefore, we request the $20,000 bail to run consecutively to that other case."

Handelman had more details about Grafft's behavior for the judge.

"The defendant has also just been admonished by the court for recent conduct a few weeks ago for driving while suspended, eluding officers and methamphetamine use," he said. We request GPS monitoring and absolutely no contact with the victim or any minor child."

Judge Holloway set bail at $20,000 and ordered Grafft to appear in court again on March 10.
