The U.S. Supreme Court has declined a request to take up the case of a Kalispell woman who killed her husband by pushing him off a cliff in Glacier National Park in 2013.  Jordan Linn Graham’s attorney had filed an appeal to the high court in early May, asking it to review her conviction.  On July 7, 2013, Graham pushed her husband of eight days, Cody Johnson, off a cliff near the Loop trail on the Going-to-the-Sun Road after the couple had a scuffle.
