News 2: Heavy showers and thunderstorms are leaving quite a mess around the Billings area including flooding in Shepherd. Some roads around Shepherd are washed completely out.
News 3: Stephen Santillan was sentenced by Judge Mary Jane Knisely to 40 years and 20 years suspended for the abuse of his girlfriend's baby. The toddler was 3 at the time of the crime in July of 2013.
