Yellowstone County officials getting to work on plan "B" for failed mill levy jail expansion project.  Heavy rain and thunderstorms are causing flash flood advisories in and around Billings.  A 25 year old Billings man is sentenced to 40 years for felony aggravated assault.  News 1:  Yellowstone County voters said NO to jail expansion mill levy.  Yellowstone County officials are heading back to the drawing board to devise a plan to still get the needed work done.

News 2:  Heavy showers and thunderstorms are leaving quite a mess around the Billings area including flooding in Shepherd.  Some roads around Shepherd are washed completely out.

News 3:  Stephen Santillan was sentenced by Judge Mary Jane Knisely to 40 years and 20 years suspended for the abuse of his girlfriend's baby.  The toddler was 3 at the time of the crime in July of 2013.
