Victim and shooter identified in Ballantine murder.  Yellowstone County Commissioners are considering a raise.  After last weeks Marines shooting, military personnel are now allowed to carry weapons at recruitment centers.  News 1:  James Sindelar of Ballantine has been arrested for the murder of his son Wesley Sindelar on Monday night.  Wesley Sindelar was 35.

News 2:  It is not going to be unanimous but the Yellowstone County Commission are considering a 2.5 percent pay raise for elected officials.  Bill Kennedy voted against at a Tuesday afternoon meeting while John Ostlund and Jim Reno voted for the increase.

News 3:  New legislation is in the works after the Marines shooting in Tennessee last week to allow military personnel to carry guns at military recruitment centers.  Senator Steve Daines helped to introduce the Semper Fi Act.
