Last year, Dog Tag Buddies put together an amazing event that saw riders cover 1,000 miles in 24 hours to spread the word about suicide prevention in Montana. Will you join them to spread the word again this year?

Since I get to be in Glasgow for Veterans Day, that means I also have the great honor of hosting our statewide radio talk show from my home VFW Post earlier that same morning! As an Iraq, Afghan veteran I am also a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. While my home is in Billings, my home VFW Post is in Glasgow (the Fort Peck Post).
Veterans Day may be an officially recognized holiday, but many veterans don't get a chance to enjoy the holiday. A bill being heard before the Montana Legislature would make sure that Montana veterans get the day off from work.
