At around 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning police were called to investigate what appeared to be a driver asleep at the wheel.

"Missoula police were called to the intersection of Connery Way and Geary Lane where a citizen had reported that somebody was apparently passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle that was running and in the traffic lane," said police public information Officer Travis Welsh. "The officers arrived after the fire department and EMS were on scene and learned that a 38-year-old woman, Darlene Damm, appeared to be intoxicated."

After police woke her up, Damm was apparently quite vocal, so much so, she ended up getting a disorderly conduct charge when police took her to the hospital.

"Officers transported her to the hospital to administer a search warrant," Welsh said. "Mrs. Damm was using loud and obscene language in the presence of others leading staff to try and isolate her away from other patients who were bothered by her language."

Damm is facing a felony DUI charge this time because she has had four or more DUI charges in the past.
