Shooting Outside Motel

The Gazette reports that a man was hospitalized early today after he was shot by a police officer outside the Lazy K-T motel. According to the Billings Police Department, the man who was shot was taken to a nearby hospital. BPD Lt. Shawn Mayo said he did not know the current medical condition of the man. The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. in the parking lot of the motel located in the 1400 block of First Avenue North.
