Remains Identified

Q2 reports the remains of a woman found in a Billings drainage ditch over the weekend have been identified. Yellowstone County Coroner Cliff Mahoney confirmed her identity as 59-year-old Jackie Sherbinow-Maestas, found on Saturday near Bowman Drive. Mahoney said no foul play was suspected. After completing the autopsy, he believes she likely died of a combination of a medical condition and/or exposure to the elements. However, her death remains under investigation.
