Tuesday was National Register to Vote Day, and with six weeks until Montana’s general election, there’s been a push to get young people registered to vote. Q2 reports a non-profit grassroots group called Forward Montana– along with similar advocacy groups across the country– offered help in registering new or returning voters. At Rocky Mountain College, Forward Montana told students about the process and helped them get registered. Billings Field Manager Michael Nelson said the goal was to get 100 people registered.
