The Billings Gazette reports that two inmates at the Montana Women’s Prison are facing charges after prosecutors say they worked with a “low-level” California drug dealer to get narcotics into the prison. 31-year-old Angelene Tropp and 43-year-old Heather Byerly both face one felony count each of transferring illegal articles. The charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison. Both have pleaded not guilty.
