The Billings City Council will hear a report Tuesday for the proposed One Big Sky Center development which includes a senior living proposal.  The regular Monday session is preempted by the President’s Day national holiday.  Tuesday’s work session is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall on N. 27th St.

 

 

Skip Ahern is one of three partners in MontDevCo LLC, which is working to develop the hotel, office, apartment, conference center, parking garage, retail, public greenspace and entertainment project in downtown Billings.  He is scheduled to speak to the council Tuesday, according to Assistant City Administrator Bruce McCandless.  MontDevCo’s proposal will be amended to include a senior living component, in a joint venture with Rocky Mountain Senior Housing, a Colorado firm with 30 years’ experience in senior and non senior residential and commercial development.
