The Gazette reports three people were arrested early Monday after one of them allegedly assaulted a man and another person ran him over with an SUV, causing him to be hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Billings Police reportedly responded to an alley in the 500 block of North 27th Street at about 2:40 a.m. According to a BPD spokesperson, the victim was a 23-year-old Native American man.
