Free Parking on Black Friday

In support of downtown merchants, the City of Billings Parking Division will offer free parking in various locations on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.  Also, in partnership with the Downtown Business Alliance, city parking staff will distribute Best Friend Downtown Experience cards and parking tokens to select patrons visiting the downtown area on Black Friday.
