Fire Started by Child

Billings Police report that a Yellowstone Avenue fire which sent six people to the hospital Tuesday was set intentionally by a child who lived there. It was determined by investigators that a 12-year-old started the blaze. He was one of the six taken to the hospital for evaluation, but he was not injured. The home reportedly didn’t belong to the parents of the boy, but no further information was available about those living arrangements. He is currently in the custody of youth services.
