Authorities will not pursue charges against a Montana man accused of sexually propositioning a girl shortly after he was granted clemency.   Billings City Attorney Brent Brooks announced Tuesday’s decision following the accusation against Barry Beach.  Beach was convicted of murder in 1983 and sentenced to 100 years in prison for killing 17-year-old Kimberly Nees.  Gov. Bullock granted Beach clemency in November with 10 years probation.
