Q2 reports some speakers at the Billings Chamber of Commerce’s annual luncheon on Tuesday reminded folks that hope is not a sufficient strategy to sustain the future of Billings, but planning and perseverance will be required. He also noted the importance of this as a legislative year, and the chamber plans to lobby again for local option sales tax authority.
