If you’re not aware of the controversy over the movie, “The Interview,” you may be a North Korean. If someone wrote a movie script about a third world dictator getting upset about a plot to assassinate him, then, hacking a major movie studio data base and threatening terrorist attacks against any theaters showing the film, the plot would be laughed out of Hollywood. Life does imitate art sometimes…or in this case…life imitates a Seth Rogan movie. Who would have thought that a sign of bravery in America in 2014 would be attending a style of movie, usually so juvenile, it makes “Animal House” look like “Gone With The Wind?” I’m E. Curtis Johnson.  Here’s some irony. Kim Jong Un’s father, Kim Jong Ill, is the Cecile B. Demille of North Korean cinema and was a huge movie fan. I can’t speak for maniacal tyrants, but wouldn’t Kim Jong Un’s Daddy would be proud his spawn was the subject of a Hollywood flick? Like father like son? Not north of the 38th parallel! The nut has fallen very far from the tree in the Kim Jong family.
