I honestly think this list is a little wrong for one simple fact. It doesn't include Billings. Some of you may disagree with me, but I feel like Billings is a great place to live. Our economy is good, there are plenty of things to do here and the scenery isn't all that bad either.

According to movoto.com, we don't make the cut when it comes to the Top 10 Best Places to live in Montana, though.

Why would this be?

Is it because of crime? Maybe the number of homeless that roam close to downtown? Or maybe the cost of living?

If they are factoring any of this in, then I don't think they understand Billings all that much. I have lived in much worse towns that made the cut on these types of lists. I honestly think someone needs to go back and do some better research before posting these lists because Billings is definitely in my top 10 and I don't plan on moving out anytime soon, regardless of what any outsider says about my town.

Here's their top 10 list:

  1. Colstrip
  2. East Helena
  3. Baker
  4. Big Timber
  5. Helena
  6. Sidney
  7. Havre
  8. Shelby
  9. Cut Bank
  10. Manhattan

If you had to form a top 10 list for Montana, what towns would you include?
